Personal Training
A one-hour Zoom session one to three times per week. Together we will identify your goals, possible areas for improvement and sticking points that might be keeping you from getting where you'd like to be. Using a collaborative approach, we'll design a convenient home-based program that, above all things, you enjoy.

Practical Stuff
A primarily sedentary lifestyle can end up really having an impact on your overall quality of life. Let’s work together to build up your flexibility, endurance, balance, stability, or mobility. Over continued sessions, we can craft and implement a manageable strategy to help improve the way you get through a day.

Wellness Consultation
An open-ended Zoom meeting to chat about how to integrate more physical fitness into your everyday life. Any super-specific questions that you just can't find the answer for on the internet? Wondering how to lose a few pounds without going full eye of the tiger? I'll basically sit down with you and clarify anything I can and help you strategize, on your terms.
Standard: $75 /// Arts Worker: $50
Custom Program
Maybe all you need is a bit of inspiration. For people who have a bit of history with exercise, I can craft an individualized program based on your specific goals that you would follow on your own. It could be designed for your home or for the gym. Maybe a progression of your current routine or something completely fresh and new to get you motivated.
